Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside a Global Organisation on the hunt to find a Workshop Coordinator to join their team!You will work closely with workshop personnel to ensure new fit bin lift schedules, routine maintenance, breakdowns and planned repair work is carried out efficiently & effectively.Main Duties and Responsibilities: * First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * PDI database administration. * Plan workload for the workshop personnel. * Create workshop reports on KPI’s. * Carry out quotations on repair work. * Open and invoice jobs. * Administration and document management of COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SSW’s and workshop inspections. * Administration of and assistance of incident investigation process for cases of injury, near miss, ill health & loss events. * Undertake ISO audits as and when required.
