Workshop Administrator – JLR Canterbury

We are looking to recruit a Workshop Administrator to join our busy Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Canterbury. You will be required to assist in the preparation of warranty invoicing & claiming as well as timing up estimates for any vehicle health checks carried out.

You will assist the Warranty Administrator in preparing work orders for claiming: this will include thoroughly reading & understanding the work order, using Manufacturer systems to obtain repair times & cross referencing technical evidence prior to a claim being made.

Previous admin experience within the motor trade or a technical background would be a distinct advantage.

You must possess excellent organisation and communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to develop strong positive relationships with the manufacturer.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday 8:00 to 17:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00-13:00.
