The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the planning of the provision and delivery of Workplace Services, in line with the Commercial Agreement and Service Level Agreement agreed between MITIE and our customer.
Role Responsibilities:
- To build excellent pro-active relationships with the client, Building Landlords, key business stakeholders customers & within the wider MITIE team
- To develop effective and agreed stakeholder plans within your property.
- To meet regularly with key stakeholders to ensure performance and perception is managed and issues are dealt with appropriately to lead and influence the service partners.
- Drive Operational Excellence across the team using developed and appropriate metrics (SLA's KPI's)
- To ensure all statutory responsibilities are met i.e. HR Practice, QHSE are compliant, ensuring appropriate records are in place and risks are mitigated.
- Plan, oversee and manage all facilities activities and services across your property
- Manage your team and external contractors to develop work standards and ensure a high level of performance is delivered.
- Build strong relationships across the team, creating a workplace experience forum, focus on delivering a consistent standard of FM services across the property portfolio.
- Drive initiative across the contract, drive efficiencies and improvements.
- To oversee and influence effective financial control across all budget streams Own and deliver all energy targets for your property.
Skills/Qualification:
- Previous experience in Technical background
- Strong stakeholder experience
- Leadership skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
