The Team

The PLT UX team are an experienced and diverse team, consisting of designers, analysts and developers, specialising in CRO and user experience improvement across all of PLT’s products. We’ve built the UX team from a front of site change team, to a holistic part of the business that focusses on delivering the best customer journey and CRO. In the last 12 months the team have increased testing velocity by over 150% and have made some seriously big wins in experimentation! We have a senior analyst, senior designer and then a whole team of multi-skilled UXers in the team.

You will be responsible for; analysing existing site/app performance and reporting to the wider business, utilising the reporting to identify areas of optimisation and ideating from this, scheduling AB tests on app and web and analysing the outcome for future iterations. Your focus will be on the key KPIs of the business; CR, AOV and funnel progression as a whole. A great UX analyst is a logical thinker who is great at digging into the data and finding opportunities. You’ll need to be comfortable communicating with the wider business, briefing designers and working with developers to deliver your ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing existing site performance and highlighting any concerns or areas of opportunity.
  • Ideating tests off the back of the analysis, always being data driven.
  • Coordinating with designers and devs to deliver the testing plan.
  • Scheduling AB tests
  • Analysing ongoing and completed tests to agree further iteration steps.
  • Experience and understanding of Big Query & Google Analytics is essential.
  • Preferred experience utilising AB testing tools such as optimisely, webtrends, monetate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
  • Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate data insights to cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
