Job Description

The role of UK Managing Director is charged with generating new revenue for Winmo.

The position is responsible for understanding the markets we serve, prospecting for new clients in those verticals, engaging and establishing relationships with directors and C-level decision makers, facilitating a discovery process, providing product demonstrations, negotiating the sale of products and services, and seeing the sales process through closing.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients in AdTech, Martech, media, sports and other advertising-supported industries.
  • Carry out the full sale cycle, from prospect to close. Typical cycle includes a 45- to 60-day close rate.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and product reviews
  • Provide product demonstrations for prospective client team and decision makers
  • Be a great listener and genuine problem solver who can negotiate with the client’s needs in mind
  • Master the tools that support the sales process, including SalesForce and other platforms
  • Attend and/or lead sales meetings and training
  • Have fun and prosper

Compensation Structure
