QLM Search is partnering the UK Division of a Global Food Group with the recruitment of their UK Head of Finance.
Reporting to an inspirational CEO, the role will form an integral part of a highly collaborative leadership team.
My client requires a hands-on Finance leader, with in-depth manufacturing experience, skilled in all areas of Finance that include managing all Financial Accounting, technical/reporting and controls as well being a commercial finance partner to the SLT and CEO.
It is vital you will have had experience as a finance leader in a division of a larger global group to be familiar with the complexity of leading a UK business with international reporting requirements to the parent group as you will present financial results on behalf of the UK CEO.
The business also has 2 UK divisions operating as one, therefore knowledge of any integration or acquisitions would be advantageous.
The position will manage a small team in Finance, IT and legal.
Candidates will be Qualified with at least 10-15+ years Finance experience and you must be able to evidence your manufacturing knowledge to be successful in this role.
SAP and strong MS capabilities are a must as the business merges business units under one system.
You will have an exceptional track record of commercial partnering whilst operating in an agile manner and expertly managing multiple priorities.
