Through national appeals, they raise vital funds to provide emergency aid in disaster-affected areas, helping save lives and rebuild communities. With the combined expertise of its member organisations, the DEC ensures that aid reaches those most in need during times of crisis. Their work is crucial in providing immediate relief and long-term support to vulnerable people around the world.
Job Title: Trusts & Foundations Manager
Report to: Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships
Salary: £40,560
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent
Location: London, Hybrid (2 days per month in office)
As the Trusts & Foundations Manager you will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, developing engagement, stewardship, and retaining relationships with trusts and foundations, in line with the DEC’s vision, mission, and strategy.
This is a new post developed as a key part of the DEC’s 2024-2029 strategy to enable the DEC to increase funds raised for both DEC appeals and the DEC Secretariat’s core costs as they seek to transform their underlying business model over the coming period.
