Trustee Vacancies

This is an exciting non-executive / Trustee opportunity to continue the work of Housing Pathways Trust.

The charity is the result of a number of legacy charities that date to the 1600’s.

We have an annual turnover of £2.

3m and an interesting portfolio of 260 Almshouse properties in locations across London and one location in Kent.

In Ealing, our commercial premises support our community grants programme of up to £200k per annum and we own a small number of leasehold properties plus two allotments.

The main work of the charity is property, and as such we are regulated by The Regulator of Social Housing, as well as the Charity Commission.

Following a merger of our charities we have undergone significant transformation since April 2022 including investing in modern IT applications to enable the delivery of excellent services.

In January 2024 an independent survey of residents scored 89% overall satisfaction, a significant improvement from previous surveys.

We are seeking to recruit two Trustees, one of whom will have a track record in customer service and engagement.

  • Senior level management experience in a not for profit or commercial environment
  • A track record of sound business acumen
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
