We’re working with a global, award-winning cruise specialist who are looking for an experienced sales manager with a travel industry background to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, sales driven leader to manage a team of cruise specialists, motivating and inspiring them to deliver an exceptional level of customer service whilst meeting their sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong travel industry background with a proven track record of sales achievements.

They’ll be monitoring performance, conducting 121’s and coaching to ensure the team is reaching targets and company KPI’s in compliance with company core values.

Based in Wiltshire, this is a full-time, office-based role which will suit those with a flexible approach to working hours covering evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
