Key Responsibilities:

• Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
• Sales and Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and client interactions.
