The Opportunity


We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team at the Bellshill (Glasgow) office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.


We will provide industry-related and recruitment-specific training that will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, engage, and assess potential candidates.

Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with both candidates and clients will be crucial in ensuring successful placements.


You will have access to ongoing support and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals.

This collaborative environment will provide you with the opportunity to learn from industry experts and continuously improve your recruitment skills.

Responsibilities include;

  • Taking recruitment briefings from clients
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate and client data on our database
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Liaise with our payroll and vetting teams to ensure appropriate documentation is received (CV's, proof of right to work, timesheets etc).


The ideal candidate will have the following;

  • Prior telephone based work experience such as in B2B/B2C sales or Customer Service
  • Drive and tenacity
  • Experience working in a fast paced or KPI driven environment
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Independently motivated
  • Team player
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
