Position: Trainee/Entry-level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester City Centre (with the best views around!)

Salary: £22,000 per annum with Uncapped Commission & Additional Bonuses (First Year OTE of £30,000-35,000)

What you’ll be doing:

• Promoting Prime and our clients’ opportunities across social media platforms.
• Finding and contacting potential candidates who are looking to take a step into the professional world of sales.
• Building rapport with and supporting graduates to help find them their ideal sales career
• Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first sales role out of university.
• Building your network and presence on LinkedIn.
• Updating the CRM system with your candidate activities, pipeline and results.
• Organising telephone screenings and video interviews with graduates.
• Helping candidates prepare for our award-winning Prime Training Days and interviews with our clients.
