Trainee Recruitment Consultant in London

Perseus People are a start-up recruitment agency, based in Shoreditch, London. Established in 2019, we help clients across Sweden and Denmark build their software development and product teams.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely alongside the founder and our top billers, having an impact on the growth and direction of the company! We share the success internally and encourage everyone to be a part of the decision making process.

In our team, we're a fun bunch with diverse interests like poker, board games, reading, running, and hitting the gym (ask Jack about his ice bath!). What really brings us together is our shared passion for personal growth.

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing, networking and speaking with candidates
• Initial candidate screening and relationship building
• Closing recruitment sales cycles
• Business development and cold calling
• Achieving set financial and activity targets

What do we expect from you?

• You have at least a year's experience within sales, estate agency or even recruitment (preferably tech/digital)
• You have a strong drive to succeed, you're financially driven and can show us resilience, enthusiasm and a solution-driven approach
• You're interested in fast-tracking your career and personal development
• HUGE BONUS if you are fluent speaking in Danish or Swedish, but if you're not, it doesn't hold us back
