Job Title: Trainee Legal Secretary Location: City Thames Link Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits!
Role Overview: They are seeking a friendly, ambitious Trainee Legal Secretary to join their busy law firm in the heart of London!
Key Responsibilities: Arrange meetings Diary Management Travel arrangements File management On-board clientsQualifications: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role or CILEX qualification Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionBenefits: Competitive salary up to £35,000 Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development Hybrid working arrangement (4/1)Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
