Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of construction? ARV Solutions are working with a well-established Timber Frame manufacturer, who are looking for a passionate individual to join them in our journey of growth and innovation.

As a Timber Frame Designer, you will:

• Manage design programmes in alignment with client contractual agreements.
• Prepare technical and construction drawings within project budgets.
• Produce construction information ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and manage risks through effective coordination of design information.
• Liaise with external consultants and suppliers for consistent designs.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural/engineering drawings.
• Strong design capabilities with experience in timber design preferred.
• Knowledge of Planning & Building Standards Regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office suite.
