3rd Line Engineer | Bristol | £36,000-£45,000
Peaple Talent has partnered with a growing technology company to recruit for a 3rd Line Engineer.
This is an exciting role to join a growing, culture-led company where you will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support and maintaining clients’ infrastructure.
You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server and Cisco networking.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite in their Bristol offices 2 days a week.
The Role:
- Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incident and resolving problems
- Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team
- Be able to coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date
The Candidate:
- Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure and Windows Server
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
The Package:
- Basic salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum
