Temporary Finance Assistant (Stirling)

Our client is seeking a proactive Temporary Finance Assistant to join their team.

In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to take ownership of all financial administration activities for the team. Previous Sage experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Maintaining a well-organised diary with future actions will be crucial to your success in this position. You will be keeping track of next steps and ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and disputes. You will have strong administrative skills, and be able to confidently use Microsoft Office packages (Particularly MS Word & Excel).

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be an essential part of your role. By collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that queries are swiftly resolved. Your dedication to accuracy will shine through as you maintain up-to-date contact details and meticulously record all communications with clients.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism and enthusiasm. This temporary opportunity offers an hourly rate of £12.00.

Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
