To support our continued ambitious growth plans, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Telephony Advisor to join our fantastic planning team.

This role is for a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. 

What will I be doing? 

As a Telephony Advisor on our Planning team, our Engineers and Customers will count on you to plan and book their engineering inspections using purpose designed software.

You will help us deliver the highest quality inspections by confirming all the details so our engineers get to where they’re needed, when they’re needed.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Using your excellent customer service skills to contact our customers and inform of, or confirm their booking  Confirmation of appointments for all inspections with customers via inbound and outbound callsUse purpose designed software to ensure correct data is inputted for the engineers to follow, ensuring an effective and efficient scheduleWorking with the wider team to prioritise and book in urgent inspections when requiredUsing your fantastic problem-solving skills to keep our engineer travel time to a minimum, ensuring that we are as efficient as we can beAbility to self-manage workloads and work to strict deadlinesAbility to provide reliable, high-quality service to customersAbility to input accurate data in to the systemAchieving quality and productivity targets relating to inspection bookings and telephony SLA’sWhat makes BES Group a great place to work?
