We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving our IT recruitment initiatives.

Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Source, attract, and recruit top talent in AI, cloud computing, and data science fields.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AI, cloud computing, and data science and/or tech markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies to attract new clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide market insights and advise on competitive hiring trends and practices.
• Participate in recruitment events, industry conferences, and networking activities to build a strong professional network.

Qualifications:

-- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in AI, cloud computing, or data science.

-- Nice to have: experience working in Benelux / DACH / EU markets.

-- Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and securing new clients.

-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.

-- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.

-- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and trends in AI, cloud computing, and data science.

-- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
