Wood is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and database management, coupled with an ability to understand and manage technical project data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical documentation, competence Training administrative tasks and directly supporting the project team with data management and related administrative duties. 

This is a site based role and the successful candidate must have access to a car in order to enter the site.

  • At least 3 years experience of providing technical administrative support to a business
  • Experience in a document control role
  • Knowledge of IT software including MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
  • Finance IT systems
  • Good administrative, oral, and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence to enable travel between Gas Storage Sites and other SSE sites as required.
