Team Assistant in London

We are growing and are on the lookout for a Team Assistant to join us part-time to manage multiple diaries for the Senior Leadership Team on an initial 6-month fixed term basis. This role will be office based 2 days per week, Mondays & Tuesdays.  

Reporting into the Executive Assistant, this would be a great position for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking for a busy and varied role. 

What you’ll be doing…  

·       Keeping the Senior Leadership team organised by managing multiple diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

·       Providing all-round administrative support for the team.

·       Processing expenses ensuring compliance with company policies.

·       Supporting with ad-hoc projects and tasks alongside the Executive Assistant.

Requirements

·       We’d love you to have previous experience as a Team Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

·       You’re proactive, can think on your feet and are able to juggle a few things at once. 

·       You have excellent communication skills and can build relationships at all levels.

·       You’re tech-savvy and have used MS office before. 

·       If you are aware of Albert and Sustainability and have worked in the TV industry before, then that’s definitely an added bonus!
