Academics are currently working with a Stoke-on-Trent secondary academy that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics.

The Role

• Start date is from Monday 2nd September 2024.
• Full time (Monday-Friday).
• A permanent opportunity is currently available.

Role Requirements

• Hold both the relevant Maths degree and teaching qualification (PGCE, B. Ed or BA Hons) with QTS/QTLS.
• You must already have a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service or to be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).
• An evident passion for teaching Maths, with the ability to deliver and plan fun and engaging lessons.
• Provide professional references that evidence your experience of teaching Maths previously in a school/education setting.
• Have strong behaviour management with excellent subject knowledge.
