What is the role

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Emerging Talent Strategy, setting priorities, and executing the plan. Additionally, you will support strategic projects and collaborate with the recruitment team on hiring strategies. Working closely with business leaders and the wider HR team, you will provide expert advice and implement targeted learning and organisational development initiatives across the Group. Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must be an experienced Talent Management/Development Specialist with a passion for and specialism in Early Careers
  • This experience must be gained within Financial Services, Professional Services or a large matrixed commercial environment
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of learning and OD theory and practice
  • Expertise in designing and delivering innovative Talent interventions
  • Ability to deliver against organisational and team priorities with autonomy
  • Excellent project management details
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
