Poised for serious growth over thenext 18 months we are seeking a skilled & resultsorientedRecruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

  • You will take the Lead onend to end hiring for key hires across Business & Productincluding taking briefs & stress testing with HiringManagers writing & posting compelling specs sourcinginterviewing offer management &onboarding
  • You will pay closeattention to analytics and in turn use this data to improveprocesses experience and time tohire
  • You will work closely withstakeholders to keep them updated and also continue to revise& improve interview process to ensure we are always hiringexceptional talent
  • You will activelyheadhunt and talent pool for our keyhires
  • You will work with our TalentAcquisition Manager on devising & executing strategies tokeep our Talent Pools engaged
  • Youwill work closely with our Marketing Team on Employerbranding
  • You are keen to contributeto wider business & productstrategy
  • You will be responsible foradministering & continually refining our Otta &Cord Profile pages to ensure Genie is showcasing its best workalways!

Aboutyou

  • You haveproven experience as a successful recruiter ideally with startup orscaling experience in the techindustry
  • You have expertise acrossthe fullcycle recruiting process including sourcing screeninginterviewing and offernegotiation
  • Youpossess a resultsoriented mindset with an ability to meetrecruitment targets and deliver high quality candidates in an oftenfast paced and chaoticenvironment
  • You have exceptionalorganisational and time management skills with the ability tohandle multiple priorities at any giventime
  • You are an excellentcommunicator & have proven influencingskills
  • You are a First Principlesthinker
  • You have a keen interest inall things technology and are tech savvy
