What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

  • Responsible for managing end to end recruitment for agreed roles and departments including writing job descriptions, posting and managing adverts and telephone screenings. 
  • Our Talent Acquisition Officer will also support with recruitment open days and campaigns, including tasks such as social media updates and proactive recruitment searches. 
  • They will also play a key role with our early careers programme,supporting our Assistant Director of People & Culture with our graduate andplacement programmes, and school partnership programmes.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
