Talent Acquisition Business Partner


Fixed Term Contract

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to join their busy, fast paced team, based at their Head Office near to Warwick on a hybrid, Fixed Term Contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for business partnering across a number of departments, working with agency suppliers and be comfortable using LinkedIn as a direct sourcing platform.


The recruitment team has dedicated co-ordinators to manage interviews and co-ordinate diaries for all recruitment team events, including supplier performance reviews and other related activities, allowing recruiters to have the time to focus on filling their allocated roles.


Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:


  • Partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive attraction strategies in order to identify the best talent for specialist roles within the business.
  • Providing relevant and effective recommendations for route to market.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and advise them on the market.
  • Recruitment across a wide range of disciplines.
  • High levels of customer service to your hiring manager community.
  • Management of trusted agency suppliers through collaborative partnership.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement in talent attraction, candidate management and the end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to fill difficult roles through researching target companies and direct sourcing

Key requirements of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:


  • Previous experience of recruitment in the engineering/commercial sectors is essential for this role.
  • Experience at this level, as a TA Business Partner is also essential.
  • You will be a structured thinker and will have a clear ways of operating, including excellent communication with your internal customers.
  • Take accountancy for your work and set high standards for the team.
  • You can pivot quickly to adjust to changing situations and deal with ambiguity well.
  • You’re intellectually curious and are always looking to improve personally and contribute to the team’s development with your ideas.
  • You communicate in an honest and candid way, actively listening and communicating.
  • You are comfortable with candid feedback as part of your personal development.
  • You have positive energy and are optimistic about the future with the determination to get there.
  • Hybrid working, with 3/2 on-site/off-site split to fit in with what suits you.
