Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to join their busy, fast paced team, based at their Head Office near to Warwick on a hybrid, Fixed Term Contract basis.
If you’re keen to work for a supportive manager and for a highly reputable, well-respected business then I’d be keen to speak to you.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for business partnering across a number of departments, working with agency suppliers and be comfortable using LinkedIn as a direct sourcing platform.
The recruitment team has dedicated co-ordinators to manage interviews and co-ordinate diaries for all recruitment team events, including supplier performance reviews and other related activities, allowing recruiters to have the time to focus on filling their allocated roles.
