Apply NowDomus are on the lookout for a Supported Living Service Manager to take the reins of a well-established residential service in Mansfield, in need of turnaround.
This is a specialist that supports adults with Learning Disabilities / and or Autism.
A supported living service consisting of 9 individual apartments with internal and external communal spaces. Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs that some may find challenging. We are looking for a self-starter to join the Consensus team to be at the centre and development of a brand new service situated in the heart of the local community.
You will work proactively to build effective working relationships with Local Authority practitioners, families/carers and other stakeholders and your strong vision and coaching approach will enable the development of your team and service.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Supported living service manager, with excellent leadership, management, and organisational skills.
