Work Wales are working with a local based organisation to find a compassionate and committed Manager.

The role will involve supporting individuals who have Learning Disabilities to develop life skills along with pursuing any activities and interests they may have.

Duties:

- Provide care and support to individuals in two care settings

- Assist with daily living activities

- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments

- Create and implement individualised care plans

- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for individuals

- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- Compassionate and patient demeanour

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in two care settings.

The Supported Living Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the individuals under their care.

Please note that this role requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence, NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification and the willingness to complete your Level 5 in the next 2 years.
