SaaS - Investment Management - Financial Software - Support - Linux - SQL.
MillerMaxwell is assisting a leading financial software vendor specialising in investment management solutions.
The client are currently seeking a Software Support Engineer to join a truly dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative SaaS products and provide exceptional support to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients using our software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our SaaS products.
- Work closely with our development team to address client needs.
- Assist in the development of scripts to automate common tasks.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Linux.
- Scripting experience in one or more of the following: Powershell, Python, Ruby, or Shell.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience supporting financial products is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
