Job Title: Software Product Manager

The Resourcing Team are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our customer, a leading training and education company known for innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the software product strategy. Your goal will be to ensure that products align with customer needs, market trends, and the company's strategic objectives

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in product management, preferably with software development experience managing or working for a software development service provider.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with subscription-based (recurring revenue) systems and business sectors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with product management tools and techniques (e.g., roadmapping, user story mapping, wireframing).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and project management principles.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience utilizing high-level statistical analysis techniques, including regression analysis, multivariate analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Demonstrable knowledge of statistical analysis packages such as R, SPSS, or equivalent.
