Social Media Manager in Hertfordshire

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a creative & commercial Social Media Manager (circa £40,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving & expanding B2C business in Hertfordshire.

The role benefits from a hybrid working set-up whilst joining a collaborative & fun-loving digital & marketing team of 10 in an award-winning culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and deliver the overall social media marketing strategy (owned, earned and paid channels) to increase brand reach, awareness and customer engagement.
• Own and execute the social media content calendar covering and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube and proactively utilise data and insight to measure and analysing results and ROI.
• Drive the social media marketing strategy across all brands, including leading the business on, and being the go-to person for, social media marketing trends and innovation.
• Responsible for the dissemination of thought leadership on social media marketing content.
• Lead the monthly social media steering group meeting, sharing best practice across the business.
• Drive the social media marketing to support the launch of new initiatives.
• Manage and own the social media competitions process.
• Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout social marketing activities.
• Manage relationships with key agency partners to SLAs, including social media, creative, media and graphic designers.
• Manage the social media marketing agency.
• Work with the content marketing manager to deliver high quality content, aligned to strategy, for all social media marketing channels.

The role is office based with 1 day a week working from home.
