Job Opportunity: Culture & Trends Manager


Are you passionate about driving projects from start to finish, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and analysing results to inform future strategies? Our client is seeking a talented Culture & Trends Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

As a Culture & Trends Manager, you will be responsible for driving mid-size or large-scale projects, developing marketing strategies, and planning campaigns that resonate with the target audience. You will provide insightful post-campaign analysis, budget recaps, and internal feedback to shape future initiatives. Working closely with the team, you will allocate resources, manage project priorities, and ensure alignment with product objectives. You'll have the opportunity to build new processes, solve problems creatively, and influence teams with shared objectives.


Act as the primary client for managing all media planning, working closely with global Media teams to ensure scalability.

Foster an inclusive culture by championing equity and inclusion across systems, creating collaborative spaces, and providing constructive feedback.

Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across social, on-network and off-network media channels.

Develop and implement creative social media content, social selling programmes, and measurement strategies.

Drive marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach.

Create comprehensive promotion plans, collaborate with growth, content, and design teams, and utilise digital tools to maximise awareness and lead generation.

Identify new marketing opportunities and audience insights through data analysis.

Engage and lead multiple media agencies, prioritising workflow and ensuring high-quality content and campaigns.

Establish effective partnerships with stakeholders to uphold the brand.

Provide thought leadership within and outside the organisation, aligning advertising efforts and driving global marketing priorities.

Track ROI across campaigns and projects, evaluate effectiveness based on predetermined metrics, and collaborate with the sales team for maximum impact.

Manage external relationships with vendors and venues, negotiate contracts, and optimise event planning.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project strategies and objectives, while spearheading initiatives for lead generation and customer advocacy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey compensation plans and policies.

Understanding of consumer behaviour and key audience needs.

Creative thinking to bring visions to life and provide constructive feedback.

Proficient in data analysis and synthesis to add value to marketing strategies.

Demonstrated understanding of growth strategies and market share objectives.

Ability to engage influential individuals to expand product exposure.

Familiarity with media strategy, placement, and negotiation skills.

Strong project management skills to prioritise and meet objectives.

Knowledge of SEO, social media, and content optimisation.

Experience in marketing communications and promotion planning.

People-focused mindset, ensuring inclusivity and psychological safety in the workplace.

Proven ability to track ROI and effectively manage vendor relationships.

Collaboration skills to work with senior leadership across functions and drive successful projects.
