You will be dealing with residential property disputes such as dealing with problem tenants and reclaiming properties as well as dealing with property transactions, property development and other associated legal matters.

You will work closely with the organisation’s external solicitors, instructing them on contentious and non-contentious cases.

The company has big plans for this department as it expands further into the social housing market and you can play a key part in its success.

The team is looking for someone who is commercially minded with strong social housing experience dealing with the matters outlined above ideally from a housing association background.

It will be an advantage if you have a track record of working closely with and instructing solicitors in such areas.
