A dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor, renowned for excellence and innovation, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Site Managers to join their team in London due to new contract awards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to site construction programmes and timelines.
• Supervise operatives and sub-contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient work.
• Monitor performance and maintain quality finishes.
• Ensure compliance with site health and safety regulations.
• Plan and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate with colleagues to maintain smooth site operations.
• Manage deliveries, team schedules, and site attendance.
• Assist with project planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in joinery and site supervisory experience on high-quality interior fit-out projects.
• CSCS Card holder.
