We are currently managing a significant internal blockwork package in central London, valued at £3.5 million. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal blockwork package for a prestigious project in central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brickwork, excellent IT skills, and experience with Asta programming. This role requires a proactive approach to managing weekly progress reports, ordering materials, and maintaining positive client relations.Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal blockwork package, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget. 2. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. 3. Utilize Asta programming to plan and schedule project activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of milestones. 4. Prepare and submit detailed weekly progress reports, highlighting project status, any issues, and proposed solutions. 5. Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage on site.Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in brickwork. 2. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Asta programming for project planning and scheduling. 3. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 4.
