Shift Supervisor - Nights Looking for more responsibility? Maybe you want to establish yourself as experienced Shift Supervisor working with different product, or you are currently working as Team leader or Food manufacturing Shift Supervisor who is looking for a change? In this particular role, you'll be assisting Production Manager in busy FMCG environment!Ideally, you will already have existing experience of supervising a fast paced food manufacturing facility, supplying into the major food retailers and food service outlets.You will have leadership qualities to ensure that all manufacturing aspects are met. As part of the role, you will have practical experience working on continuous improvement within fields like cost and labour reductions, waste control, line efficiency and product quality, health and safety.What's needed
- Existing experience at leadership level in food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Audit experience: preparing and supporting the business
- Promote positive H&S culture
- Ability to work nights - 12hours
