Argus Vickers Ltd. Is a Londonbased company specialising in Share Register Analysis. Identifying Institutional and Individual Equity Ownership behind all companies listed in the UK & Ireland. The FTSE, FTSE all share, AIM, Aquis Exchange and Euronext Dublin quoted companies and Investment Trusts.
The candidate will join the Analyst Team which includes the following responsibilities:
Analyse and identify institutional and beneficial ownership information provided by the custodians.
Understand and include ownership disclosure information in the analysis.
Submit where relevant Companies Act section 793 notices on behalf of clients.
Produce and deliver quality monthly and quarterly reports.
Process and analyse the data working with a proprietary software and understand the methodology behind.
The Successful Candidate will need:
Excellent analytical skills and a ttention to details.
A high levelof organisational, communication and research skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressureto meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork-driven attitude, but also ability to work well independently.
Financial Markets knowledge preferred.
Excellent level use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
