Job description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing daily welfare checks of all residents.
- Updating the online welfare checks of all residents.
- Performing health and safety checks.
- Raising maintenance repairs.
- Controlling door entry.
- Maintaining data protection.
- Managing hostel diary.
- Answering calls introducing the service and yourself, take messages and pass them on to the relevant person verbally and/or via email.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong team player.
- Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
