Service Organiser in Nottingham

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Service Organiser, on a 2- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your  CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay:  £12.80 - £16.11 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the ongoing development of a vacancy list for residential care, and Parent & Baby providers.
• Undertaking duty functions to coordinate placement searching with Commissioning officers.
• Chasing providers for Ofsted notifications/reg44/45 reports on a monthly basis. Update the spread sheet accordingly.
• Update Ofsted email list and update on mosaic .
• Develop knowledge and an understanding of how to arrange secure transport.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Knowledge of Equity and Diversity.
• Experience of working in an area of Business administration Support or Commissioning/Education and/or Children's Social Care.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
