You will be an inspirational leader for a cluster of 3 different supported living services within the Halton area. You will be leading a team of experienced support workers, providing support and leading by example. If you have amazing leadership and healthcare experience, please apply today! Who will you be supporting? We are 3 unique individuals aged from 59 to 63 and we have a variety of different needs but come and visit and find out all about us. What is important to us?

    What is it like where we live? 

    •We live in a 3-bedroomed bungalow located in Widnes. The bungalow is situated where there are local amenities that are within easy access.

    •We have a spacious back garden.

    •We each have our own rooms that are decorated to our tastes that represent each of our individual personalities and needs.

    •We live in a residential area that has a diverse community.

    •Our house has a driveway at the front and there is ample parking around the area.

    With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.
    You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
    In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
