In return, excellent training and career prospects are available.Reporting to the Service Manager, the installation / service engineer will take care of the service, installation, start-up, commissioning and training of equipment supplied to customers throughout the UK and Ireland.As a Service Engineer your duties will include, but are not limited to-An initial training and coaching phase, where you will shadow members of the current engineering team. The duration of which will vary depending on the level of preparation and knowledge of the candidate.Excellent communication, relating with customers and for accurate internal reporting.Equipment installation, start-up, commissioning and training.Maintenance of equipment at customers' premises.Service administration tasks.Regular travel will be required during the working week. To be successful in the role of Service Engineer, the ideal Candidate -Must be electrically qualified.Will show resourcefulness, good organisational and time management skills.Should be personable and helpful with a focus on assisting customers and colleagues.Would benefit from having an understanding of plastic injection moulding machines and automation.
