Ref: #60767 Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for freelance data professionals, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and maintain strong new business relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identify and engage top freelance data talent across Europe. Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates on market conditions, project rates, and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on the freelance data market. Strong knowledge of the European data market, including data analytics, data science, data engineering, and related technologies. Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing freelance data professionals across Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Competitive salary and commission structure climbing to 35% Comprehensive training and development programs.
