Senior Sales Associate
We are looking for a strong, confident, experienced brand ambassador to join our Emilia Wickstead store team, to instil a client centric approach at all levels within the boutique and to focus on developing middle segment clients into the elite level.
You will be taking over existing clients and growing the client book and making sure the sales targets and all KPI’s set are met monthly whilst supporting store management with general day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
- To be the key contact for Emilia Wickstead RTW, made to order and bespoke tailoring in store and primary communication channel between clients and Store.
- Support Store Manager and Head office during events to develop them as relationship building occasions.
- Analyse new and existing clientele with store manager to provide accurate insights to the Marketing Team and to share with FAs the trends and challenges, as well as client segmentation and client profiles.
- Enhance store clientelling skills and drive true client understanding to ensure that updated and accurate information is captured by the junior sales team.
- Improve client data capture accuracy and rates for existing clients and prospective long lasting relationships.
