Senior Sales Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent

Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Internal Sales Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are.

30 + Every second Saturday 8-12.

Key ResponsibilitiesGet to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson valuesDevelop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possibleDealing with lapsed accountsGenerating sales with new and existing customersUse our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journeyKeep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customersMaintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock countsWork with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvementWhat's in it for you?
