Recruitment Consultant opportunity within Social Housing. Warm desk, already up and running. Through our investment partnership, internal expertise and high performing culture, we have positioned ourselves for high levels of growth over the coming years. There is now an opportunity to join us on an already performing desk. We are looking for a senior consultant or above, with experience managing a high-performing permanent desk. This is a core desk within our business, working alongside top performing directors. This role will take over an existing contract desk currently averaging 12k per month in GP.Purpose of the Role:Your role exists to support the talent acquisition strategy of clients, attracting candidates to job roles with client companies, delivering a quality experience and generating revenue in line with agreed targets.Responsibilities of the Role:Client:Generate fees in line with agreed targets Developing a significant following market place through digital communications using appropriate social media Become the go to recruiter for clients Be known as an expert in the chosen sector Develop a deliver a business development strategy New business development - turn prospects into clients Negotiating contracts and appropriate commercial terms Managing or making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies Manage and deliver excellent experiences for our clients Build relationships with clients which influence their loyalty towards us Develop and deliver account management strategies which create long term profitable relationships Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences Candidate:Build awareness of the business in the market place through digital communications and digital marketing Build a personal brand and reputation with candidates Be seen as an expert in your field Develop and own a process which generates a sufficient pool of candidates to place Headhunting potential candidates Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with client vacancies Developing a consistently excellent candidate experience Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview Organising interviews and/or selection events Helping applicants to prepare for interviews Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates Developing strong relationships with candidates What personal attributes must you display?Mentor and coach colleagues Share your expertise and experience with others Contribute ideas to improve and influence the business Know and love the business Values Own your own personal development In returnWe are looking for an ambitious individual. The role offers genuine opportunities to rapidly progress within the business and uncapped earning potential. You can work flexibly, and will be supported by top billing managers and directors. You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £55,000, depending on experience, plus up to 30% of your billings in commission.
