Senior Recruitment Consultants Required 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH Warm Desks Available Salaries negotiable from £25K to £50K + Monthly, Quarterly and Annual commission This specialist Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultancy has 40 employees and a £6m TO. They have offices in Chester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool.
The company have a 20 year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth they are actively hiring for the following:
* 2 x Senior Finance (Temp or Perm vacancies)The Head Office is located in a beautiful restored building in Stockton Heath with on-site parking and a coffee-shop on-site. The team here are very friendly, professional and experienced and can offer expert mentorship for those who want to increase their earning potential.
Due to promotion there are warm desks available which currently yield over £100K pa.
There is a clear and structured career progression plan to take you to Director level with tangible/ highly achievable targets.
Whats more ,the company are an employee owned business, once an employee has been with the business for a year they are auto enrolled into the trust which gives them a get cut of profit every year ontop of salary and coms.
