Senior Recruiter
28 days holiday + (Birthdays off) Earn up to 40% commission on everything you bill Grow your own team! Quarterly bonus’ + weekly vouchers to be done Office shuts down for 2 weeks at Christmas Trip to Barbados in November Regular lunch clubs to Michelin Star restaurants Early finish on a Friday at 3 Identifying and sourcing new candidates using various methods – such as headhunting on LinkedIn, jobs ads and using their database Conducting an initial screening call with new candidates to assess their experience, Asserting a presence on social media and aiding in PR communications Creating new innovative ads for new job vacancies Gaining and practicing industry to use with candidates and clients 1+ year recruitment experience within finance or tech, minimum billings £100K BD experience Clear demonstration of hard work Excellent communication skills Positive outlook
Senior Recruiter – Investment Management
Base: £35,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission (OTE 110K+)
Our client our searching for an individual with over a year’s recruitment experience to join their fast-growing team as a Senior Recruiter.
