Quality Assurance Senior Analyst
Glasgow/Newcastle or Reigate
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week
Monday to Friday - Standard office hours
£38,000 + dependant on experience/Annual Bonus

Outsource UK is hiring! We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Senior Analyst who is passionate about helping and supporting clients/customers. Our client, one of the UK's largest and most reputable retail banks, offers a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties of the Quality Assurance Senior Analyst:
- Control testing on risk framework
- Assessing and testing control
- Working closely with control owners and keeping them updated
- Sample checking
- Producing reports including recommendations and findings

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Senior Analyst:
- Articulate and professional with excellent communication, verbal and written
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experience within control testing
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not a necessity
