Senior Property Consultant
Salary: circa £65,000
We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join our London Property Investors Trading Team.

A bit about the job:
Within this role you will be doing the following:
Managing and developing high value relationships with a relatively small portfolio of significant clients/agents/intermediaries where the emphasis is on maximising the operational performance of the portfolio managed
Inputting into the yearly planning cycle and overall key targets and deliverables for Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS), monitor results and ensure that the team deliver against agreed plan
Supporting underwriting team & action any requirements
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Self-motivated and driven individual
Strong, clear communication skills

Salary circa £65,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
