Reporting to our ChiefPeople Office the Senior People Partner acts as a trusted partnerworking closely with management and employees providing handson andstrategic input insight and advice on all peoplerelated matters.

The Senior People Partner will be expected towork at all levels strategic operational and tactical as well asinfluence effectively across all levels of the company build andmaintain strong working relationships and navigate throughambiguity recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce morestructure and process without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
